"I’ve been using pethealthclub.com for a while…"
I’ve been using pethealthclub.com for a while now it’s been a BIG help. The monthly payments are easy to keep on top of, and it covers things I’d be paying for anyway, like flea and worm treatments. I also like getting the reminders because otherwise I’d definitely forget. The vets have been helpful whenever I’ve needed them too. For the money, it feels totally worth it and makes looking after my pet feel a lot less stressful than getting hit with one big bill all at once.

I signed up for my dog i’ve already saved on flea treatments and vet checkups. The discounts actually make a difference with the monthly costs, which is nice. It’s easy to use too, though I do kind of feel like I was paying more than I needed to before.

I moved my pet plan over to another branch it was straightforward!! It did take a bit of chasing up on my end... but the staff were really helpful and got everything sorted in the end!!

This plan covers what we actually need without a bunch of unnecessary extras. I was worried about paying for things we’d never use, so it’s nice to have something straightforward that doesn’t feel like wasted money.

I took my dog in he was way calmer than he usually is. The staff were super gentle with him and didn’t rush through anything, which made a HUGE difference. He normally gets nervous around new people, but he actually seemed relaxed the whole time. It was just really nice to see them focus on his comfort instead of just trying to get it done fast

Getting my dog’s medication through pethealthclub.com has actually been painless, which feels like a minor miracle these days.
I get a message when it’s ready, I pop into the vet, and there it is waiting for me, no endless phone calls, no being passed around, no pretending I have loads of spare time after work.
It just takes a bit of hassle out of the whole thing, and I’m definitely not complaining. So far, it’s been simple and reliable, which is apparently all I ever wanted.

"Easy enough site for pet plan checking"
I used pethealthclub to look at the plan options for my dog, and it was easy to move around on. The pages were clear, and the prices I found without too much searching around. A couple of pages did load a bit slow on my phone, which was a little annoying, and once I had to go back to find the vet info again. But overall, good site it is, simple enough to use, and I’d give it 4 stars

The staff were really helpful and took the time to explain everything clearly. I wasn’t totally sure if I was asking the right questions, but they were patient and made me feel comfortable.

"It’s great having the same vet"
It’s been really helpful being able to keep my dog with the same vet. They know his history now, so I don’t have to explain everything all over again every time we go in. Appointments can run a bit slow now and then, but overall I’m happy with the care.

"Really handy being so close by"
The Pet Health Club has been really good for us, mainly because the practice is so close to home. It’s just easy, really easy, to pop in before work or if my dog needs a quick check. Parking is usually fine as well, which makes the whole thing a lot less stressful.

I joined Pet Health Club today the sign-up process was really straightforward. It only took a few minutes, and I didn’t run into any confusing bits or get stuck anywhere. Everything was clearly explained, and it worked perfectly on my phone too. It feels like a really positive start, and I’m genuinely relieved and happy knowing I’ve got something in place for my pet.

"Really handy for keeping track"
I’ve been really happy with Pet Health Club so far, to be honest. They send little reminders when check-ups or treatments are due, which is so helpful because I’m the kind of person who always forgets that sort of thing. The communication has been clear and, like, not overwhelming or too much. It just makes staying on top of my dog’s care feel a lot easier, really

I was relieved by how easy the policy details were to find and read through. There wasn’t a bunch of confusing fine print, and I felt like I actually knew what was covered before I signed up, if that makes sense. It made the whole process feel way less stressful.

"Longer wait than I expected"
The staff were friendly and helpful, but the wait at the clinic was long. It felt slower than most other clinics I’ve been to, especially with how many people were waiting. Overall, nice people, just wish the timing was better.

"Pricing could’ve been clearer :/"
I signed up thinking I had a good idea of what it would cost, but then a few extra charges popped up later that weren’t really explained upfront. The plan might be fine for some people, but I’m not a fan of having to hunt around to figure out the real price. a bit frustrating :/

Getting the preventive checkup and vaccines sorted was super easy. The vet was really kind and made everything feel relaxed. Only small thing is I wish the reminders came a little earlier, but overall it was a good experience.
